Our vegetables dyes are used to achieve many of the colours in our range.

These dyes are produced using the bark, roots and leaves of the locally collected plants. Where it has not been possible to use vegatable dyes we use non-toxic dyes and have a waste water cleaning facility at the factory which ensures clean water is pumped back into the waterways of Kathmandu. Waste dyes are the largest chemical pollutant of Nepals rivers as transfer efficiency of dye to fabric is poor.
