Cashmere, the fibe of kings, has long been one of the most exoctic, rarest fibres to be found. This fibre is so luxurious that the Arc of the Covenant of the Old Testament was said to be lined and curtained with it.

The source of the cashmere fibre for clothing is the ultra-fine undercoat of the kasmir goat and is extremly warm as its original purpose was to protect the animals from cold temperatures. Experts claim that cashmere is 8 times warmer than sheep's wool. It is soft, light weight, durable and makes wonderful garments for wearing, offering great insulation, warm in winter and cool in the spring.
